Did you know… That steep penalties are assessed for every I-9 Form not completed correctly and on top of the per incorrect form penalty, companies may be assessed up to an additional $100,000 for not following the correct procedures.

Did you know… That a Federal FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) audit can happen at any time without notice.  Any employee that is misclassified may be due back overtime earnings AND the Company will incur a steep penalty.  An example of a misclassification is someone that is classified as Salaried that really should be an Hourly employee.
