We have experience managing
all benefit lines: Health, Prescription, Vision, Dental,
Life, STD, LTD, FSA and much more. We can either partner
with your insurance brokers or represent you as your
company’s Broker of Record.
Did you know… That
steep penalties are assessed for every I-9 Form not
completed correctly and on top of the per incorrect form
penalty, companies may be assessed up to an additional
$100,000 for not following the correct procedures.
Did you know…
That a Federal FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) audit can
happen at any time without notice. Any employee that is
misclassified may be due back overtime earnings AND the
Company will incur a steep penalty. An example of a
misclassification is someone that is classified as Salaried
that really should be an Hourly employee.
Did you know… That
personnel forms that include data such as a date of birth or
immigration data should not be kept in the employee chart.
This data can be used to discriminate against an employee
and therefore should be kept separate from the general
employee file.
