The McCloskey Partners Story. While on one of those never ending business trips, you know the ones that get you up at 3:00 am. in the morning and leave you still traveling at midnight the same day, Ms. McCloskey pondered her career and what she wanted to be doing in the future. What she kept coming back to, and what she later realized made her the most satisfied, was that the time she spends with her clients really making an impact on the overall business is what she wanted to be doing with her time. Ms. McCloskey wanted to devote more time to helping clients work through issues and lead companies through changes that ultimately made the company a better place to work.  So, in August of 2006, what was a vision in the making for several years, overnight became a full service Human Resource Firm that is what you know today as McCloskey Partners.

Heather McCloskey. Ms. McCloskey is the President of McCloskey Partners. Ms. McCloskey’s career in human resources management spans across diverse industries, such as healthcare, weight loss, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, investing/financing/banking, automobile and transportation. Her main areas of focus are conducting HR Audits, Developing & Implementing Policies and Procedures (Employee Handbook), Employee Relations, Designing & Analyzing Fringe Benefit Programs, Recruiting, Performance & Compensation Management, Management & Employee Coaching/Mentoring, Training and Development. Ms. McCloskey has been in human resources for 18+ years. She graduated from Temple University and is an active member in the Society for Human Resources Management.

McCloskey Partners Team. The McCloskey Partners Team is comprised of certified human resource professionals that have very diverse backgrounds and whose experience spans across many different industries and states. Prior to being approved as a McCloskey Partners Consultant, it is a requirement that our Consultants have previous experience working inside organizations in key human resource decision making leadership roles. This allows the McCloskey Partners Team to bring real-life business experiences and perspective to each project.
