An integrated marketing agency in Doylestown, PA is adding a Content Marketing Associate to their team. This role writes accurate, optimized, and on-brand copy for various content marketing applications, helping to execute a full-service menu of marketing strategies and tactics for B2B clients.
Content Associates are exceptional writers and thoughtful listeners, with a natural ability to transform complex subject matters into compelling and digestible content for specific audiences. Content Associates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive under pressure, and have a desire to grow.

- Knowledge of content marketing methodologies, strategies, and tactics
- Knowledge of, and interest in, B2B, healthcare, and technology industries
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills that deliver clarity, not jargon
- Passion for the written-word; can distinguish great copy from filler content
- Ability to interpret and transform complex subjects into digestible content
- Natural critical-thinking and time-management skills; can write to a deadline
- Detail-oriented: you love consistency and uniformity more than most people
- Bachelor’s degree and some marketing experience; agency experienced a plus
A Day in the Life:
- Greet your teammates on Slack or in the office, reporting to our Content Director
- Pour a cup of a coffee, check your list for the day and week, and prioritize your tasks
- Roll up your sleeves to write some email copy, social media calendars, and ads
- Switch gears to prepare interview questions for a client call about a new blog topic
- Crowdsource your teammates to pick the catchiest headline for a billboard ad
- Join a few team calls, contributing thoughtfully about messaging and content
- Wind down your brain by editing and polishing some copy per client feedback
- Wrap up the day by logging your time and preparing for tomorrow’s schedule
