Our client, located in Plymouth Meeting, PA is adding a new Digital Advertising Specialist to their team. The Digital Advertising Specialist will research, strategic conception, media procurement, analytical analysis, integration, execution, and optimization of programmatic and non-programmatic digital advertising across internal and client multichannel campaigns.
This position will also procure, support, and act in a consultative role as necessary for digital advertising services. They work closely with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders as necessary including sales personnel, marketing personnel, client services personnel and clients to understand campaign goals and determine the digital strategies, channels, and tactics necessary to achieve them. Once strategies and tactics are established, they will be tasked with executing, monitoring, and optimizing those tactics.
Responsibilities
- Create, execute, monitor, and optimize performance and budget across digital programmatic, display, SEM, CTV, and other channels
- Work with Research and Development team to ideate, procure, and implement new digital advertising technologies to enhance our client facing services
- Work concurrently on client and internal projects as the digital advertising subject matter expert; work with marketing and client services personnel as necessary
- Participate in client/internal meetings as needed to serve as digital advertising subject matter expert lead technical discovery of a projects digital scope
- Work directly with the internal marketing team on an ad hoc basis to guide and assist in the implementation of digital components of marketing campaigns
- Provide analysis and recommendations for improving digital strategies and tactics for individual campaigns and across the organization
- Create repeatable processes and best practices for digital advertising efforts
- Validate and approve contracts created by Sales personnel ensuring that contracts cover the scope of tactics and budget discussed in presales conversations
- Validate and approve invoices from advertising expenses
- Propose action plans to correct performance/budget allocation as necessary
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing (preferred), specialized training, and at least 5 years of digital advertising experience; or at an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years marketing and web analytics experience
- Strong knowledge of multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) with focused experience in Display
- Experience with commonplace attribution technologies such as Google Tag Manager Google Analytics
- 2+ years direct work with a DSP
- Functional understanding of basic HTML and JavaScript (preferred)
