The Skills You’ll Have:
- Some basic web development and email coding experience under your belt
- Existing expertise in WordPress, and a solid understanding of HubSpot CMS in first 90 days
- Strong HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (knowledge of jQeury and CSS3/Saas a plus)
- Knowledge of all current browsers, email platforms, and code validation tools
- Experience using rendering services such as Litmus and other testing methods
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD)
- Excellent accountability, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Natural multi-tasking and critical-thinking abilities, including when under pressure
- Motivated by challenges with a natural desire to problem solve and expand skills
A Day in the Life:
- Greet your teammates on Slack or in the office, reporting to our Digital Director
- Check your queue of projects to plan your day and anticipate needs for the week
- Code emails in HubSpot or MailChimp, testing and editing for proper rendering
- Assist senior devs with WordPress and HubSpot coding, testing, and maintenance
- Expand your skillset by using a new technique or technology to solve an issue
- Proactively seek out knowledge sharing opportunities with other developers
- Join a client call to go over some webpage or email issues or prepare for go-live
- Wrap up the day by ensuring you have all the assets needed for work tomorrow
