Marketing Associate Account Manager

Location:  Hybrid: Remote and/or In-Office (Doylestown, PA when working in Office)

An integrated marketing agency in Doylestown, PA is adding a Marketing Associate Account Manager to their team.  This fast-paced and client-facing role supports our Account Management team in planning, project-managing, and executing a full-service menu of marketing strategies and tactics on time and on budget.

Associate Account Managers are detail-oriented doers, resourceful problem-solvers, natural multi-taskers, confident communicators, positive under pressure, and have a sense of urgency, thirst for knowledge, and desire to grow. Candidates must live within 50-miles of Doylestown, PA, as monthly in-person meetings are required.

  • Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing strategies and channels
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, B2B, healthcare, and technology industries
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Precise, concise, and polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Natural multi-tasking and critical-thinking abilities, including when under pressure
  • Emotional maturity with the ability to make strategic decisions with autonomy
  • Bachelor’s degree and a few years of marketing experience; agency experienced a plus

A Day in the Life:

  • Greet your teammates on Slack or in the office, reporting to our Account Supervisor
  • Check off some administrative to-dos, like drafting meeting agendas and creating reports
  • Turn on multi-tasking mode to jump from various client calls to internal meetings
  • Identify a learning opportunity and proactively reach out to peers to learn, learn, learn
  • Contribute thoughtfully to brand strategies, tactical planning, and creative processes
  • Get into the nitty gritty, coordinating client projects, campaigns, deliverables, and timelines
  • Iron out a project or contract discrepancy with professionalism and positivity
  • Stay focused on details, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables
