Marketing Specialist (Search Engine Marketing SEM)

Location: Hybrid: Remote and/or In-Office (Doylestown, PA when in the office)

An integrated marketing agency in Doylestown, PA is adding a Marketing Specialist to their team. This data-driven and partial client-facing role collaborates with our Account Management and Content Marketing teams to lead and implement effective Search Engine Marketing strategies for our clients.

The Skills You’ll Have:

  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, tactics, tools, and platforms
  • Experience with keyword research tools like SEM Rush, MOZ, and Ahrefs
  • Innate ability to think creatively and strategically to recommend tactics
  • Precise, concise, and polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve challenges under pressure
  • Emotional maturity and self-starting motivation to work independently
  • Interest in B2B, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing industries
  • Bachelor’s degree, Google Analytics & Google Ads certifications, and a few years of experience

A Day in the Life:

  • Greet your teammates on Slack or in the office, reporting to our Digital Director
  • Check off some to-dos, like keyword research and managing Google Ads Accounts
  • Engage your data-driven mind to analyze web traffic reports, results, and ROI
  • Put on your presenter hat to share strategies and results with clients on calls
  • Use strategy and creativity to provide recommendations to Account Managers
  • Settle into the day with negatives, new ad copy, and bid adjustments
  • Get inspired to check out a new tool and dive deep into learning all about it
  • Close out the day by completing client reports and closing out open tasks
