Positions Available

Full Time:  2 positions (40-hour work week.  No evenings, no weekends, no holidays)

Part time:  1 position with a weekly schedule of 24 hours per week (40-hour work week.  No evenings, no weekends, no holidays)

Per Diem:  The practice will consider Per Diem applicants

These positions are in the office positions. No remote is available


  1. Performs EKGs and PFTs proficiently including recognition of abnormalities.
  2. Demonstrates proficiency with IV insertion, contrast injection and Bubble studies
  3. Knows location, function and use of emergency equipment to appropriately respond to an emergency situation.
  4. Evaluates lab results, diagnostic tests and utilization patterns.
  5. Triage, both by phone and in-clinic, to implement clinical interventions at the direction of the physician.
  6. Physical assessment of clinic patients and appropriate follow up with the physician.
  7. Protime clinic: finger sticks and dose maintenance per protocol.
  8. Maintains timely and thorough documentation of all care management activities.
  9. Accepts assignments in a positive and professional manner.
  10. Communicates concerns, issues and information through the appropriate channels.
  11. Coordinates plan of care and collaborates with other members of the healthcare team as well as the patient and family
  12. Administers medications safely according to established policies and procedures.
  13. Adheres to standards of Infection Control.

  1. Active RN license in PA
  2. BLS
